I recently visited the Landscape Room. The service was really good—they helped us organize a really nice birthday celebration. However, I have a couple of points to mention. First, it wasn’t very scary, if that’s what you’re expecting. Second, they initially told us it would be possible to get footage of the experience, but when I contacted them after we got home via WhatsApp, they said it wasn’t possible. I understand their reasoning, but it was a bit disappointing given what we were told initially.
Had the best customer care experience at this place. While i faced some issues due to holidays rush and some misunderstanding, the experience was totally transformed after being contacted by the place who definitely made it up to me and my family. Special thanks to Dr Aya one of the founders who was totally understanding and wonderful in general. We are a family who love escape rooms and will definitely go back.
Honestly i loved the room, i tried marionette However we started at 5:10, the audio inside took 5 minutes and then it said; “u have 60 minutes begin” means NOW we begin bcz we couldnt see anything When we started it was fun all good However they pulled us out at 6:05 Where we supposed to finish 6:15 maybe 6:20 if they gave us 5 minutes extra They pulled us 10 minutes early and told us 60 minutes is done
Good escape room and puzzles but room was to small only two rooms entered the marionette one and also made it extreme horror with physical touch which was only downside as one of the guy picked up other guy and ram him into us which made my chest blue and I had alot of pain for a few days but overall good experience but if I go again I won’t choose physical touch
